Steak doneness temperatures (approximate):

Rare: 52°C (125°F)

Medium Rare: 57°C (135°F)

Medium: 63°C (145°F)

Medium Well: 66°C (150°F)

Well Done: 71°C and above (160°F and above)

Note: It's important to use a meat thermometer to accurately measure the internal temperature of your steak.

3. Remove the Steak from the Oven:

Once the steak has reached the desired temperature, remove it from the oven..

4. Heat a Skillet or the BBQ:

Heat a skillet or set your BBQ for high heat. Cast iron cooking surfaces are ideal for searing because they hold heat well. 

5. Sear the Steak:
